We’re busy, busy, busy shooting, shooting and shooting right now... The Cortez Brothers managed to survive Swine Flu ’09 by shifting our shoots out of Mexico and into other countries and cities, including our beloved home base of Los Angeles. We’ve shot projects for AT&T, AARP, Wal-Mart, Bud Light, Wendy’s and a few other notable brands. Also, accolades this month for a couple of our directors, most particularly Nelson Cabrera for being a finalist at the One Show for his MTV campaign (check out the video link below for a peek). Ted Melfi’s film “The Beneficiary” has been accepted into its 25th film festival, the latest one being the Independent Features Web Competition... Oh, and the Storytelling Department recently realized we’ve now helped pitch/and or land creative feature film marketing campaigns at Disney, Lionsgate, MGM, Paramount and Warner Brothers.
